Paulo Office Will Serve As Headquarters for South American Operations;

Customer Research firm, is expanding its global capabilities with the
opening of a new corporate office in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Specializing
also in guest and employee satisfaction measurement (also known as mystery
shopping), BAI currently has Brazilian clients in the automotive, hospitality
and retail industries. With the new office, BAI expects to expand its
business into other industries, including financial services, business
to business, health & fitness, as well as government agencies.

Carlos de Oliveira, Director of Business Development, will run the BAI
Brazil office. De Oliveira brings a strong customer service background
to the new office, having spent a number of year in the hospitality industry
with the Hyatt Regency and Holiday Inn chains, in addition to experience
in Accounting and Auditing.

global customers, focusing on retail, restaurant, grocery, casino, automotive,
hotel and health and fitness industries. BAI performs more than 20,000
